Description
Coffee bench from the PRL era, so called ‘patyczak’ type. Acajou. Fully revitalized.
The Craft House in Będzin was built in 1956-1959. The first step initiating its creation was the purchase of the destroyed building at Berka Joselewicza Street. After thorough renovation works on June 1, 1959, the inauguration of the Craft House took place. Its main purpose was to serve all craftsmen, and thus help raise professional qualifications, teach craft ethics and respect for craft traditions in Będzin and the surrounding area. Then came the Various Crafts Cooperative located in the house at Berka Joselewicza Street 13, which currently houses the Various Crafts Guild.
Coffee bench from the PRL era, “patyczak” type, fully revitalized. The bench has been stripped of old paint coatings. Made of exotic ACAJOU wood, legs made of beech wood. Protected with environmentally friendly oil produced from natural Chinese oils. Waxed top, water resistant. A solid, stable piece of furniture with legs embedded in wooden fittings. Cult bench model of the PRL era.
