This time, George Lucas – the screenwriter and director of the first story about the adventures of Luke Skywalker, did not stand behind the camera, but being the creator and producer he once again provided the viewers with world-class cinema.
“Return of the Jedi” as the final part of the second (chronologically first) trilogy explains the relationships between Luke, Darth Vader, Leia and Han Solo, complements their intricate stories and shows the final battle of the rebels against the Empire.
As the “Star Wars” universe expanded, the 1983 movie was given its full name “Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi”
