In our projects we do not use veneers that are thin, unreliable and, above all, not resistant to damage!
We use only the highest quality veneers,  i.e. wood sheets of 3-5mm thickness. Thanks to this solution and the bonding technology we have developed, our products are equipped with durable and beautiful enclosures.

Description

Technics SA-8000X receiver. Classic Vintage. Fully revitalized.

Technics is a Japanese brand name owned by Panasonic Corporation, one of the biggest manufacturers of consumer electronics in the world.

The brand was introduced in 1965 by Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. A compact set of speakers (Technics 1) was manufactured at that time, which reproduced a bass comparable to standard floor systems. In the second half of the 1960s, a series of X0A amplifiers appeared within the brand, and in 1970 the SP-10 was created, which is the world’s first direct-drive turntable that has been broadcasting radio stations. On the other hand, this turntable, one of the SL-1200 series, which was produced for almost 40 years,  has won customers’ hearts. In the ’80s, Technics still featured great quality amplifiers and speaker systems, as well as the first CD players.

The SA 8000X is one of the top models in the quadraphonic receiver series produced by Technics in mid 70s. It is characterized by a natural, soft and warm sound. In addition to the beautiful brushed aluminum panel, the device is distinguished by five individually illuminated panel meters. SA 8000X is equipped with a double power amplifier. Thanks to this, neither of the two sets of speakers that can be plugged in for a quadraphonic effect will run out of power. An interesting solution are two volume controls – front and back, i.e. separately for each pair of speakers.

The enclosure has been completely revitalized, made of teak wood, the wood finishing is Chinese oil produced from natural oils. Potentiometers are in perfect condition. The front panel is made of brushed aluminum.
The device has been fully reviewed and serviced.

New green illumination of the front panel.

Collector’s item. The device is in perfect condition!
