Technics SA-300 stereo receiver. Classic Vintage. Fully revitalized.
Technics is a Japanese brand name owned by Panasonic Corporation, one of the biggest manufacturers of consumer electronics in the world. Technics have been manufacturing audio components for home use for many years. The brand was introduced in 1965 by Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. It gained recognition mainly for the series of the direct drive record players.
SA series is a breath-taking dynamic of lively music. The listening experience is not purely about technology but the magical and emotional relationship between people and music. The output stage on the SA-300 is directly coupled which means it uses no capacitors. This results in a nice, tight, solid bass response right down into the lower frequencies. SA-300’s FM front end utilises a dual gate MOS FET design and a 3 gang linearly variable tuning capacitor. This gives it excellent sensitivity and interference rejection.
This model has been produced since 1978.
The case has been fully revitalised and powder coated. Volume controls in perfect condition. The beautifully made new American walnut planks give the set a smart and elegant look. The lit-up display doesn?t need reprogramming. The front panel is made of aluminium. Collector’s item in perfect condition.
